Shipping within United States

FREE 2-3 day shipping on all orders within the Domestic US - no minimums! 

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1pm EST, will ship the same day. All other orders will be shipped on the following business day from when it was placed.

Shipping to Canada

Canadian shipping is offered as a flat rate fee. Canada may require additional duties, taxes or other charges which shipments may be subject to upon delivery.  Canadian shipping costs that are paid during checkout include shipping from our warehouse to your address, however shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes or other charges that are administered by customs.

COUPONS & DISCOUNTS POLICY

Periodically, we have Promotional Coupon Codes and other special offers with significant savings! Coupon Codes can be applied towards your order during the checkout process. Look for the Coupon Code box during the checkout process. 

Before you submit your order, be sure the final price reflects any Coupon Code that you entered. If it doesn't, contact us and we will be happy to assist. Clearance items or items that already are discounted are not eligible for further discounts.  

Any free gift with purchase is limited to one free gift per customer, per promotional period.  

 

RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you’ve purchased from our online store evolisproducts.com only, subject to Terms and Conditions. Simply CONTACT US within 30 days of your invoice date.

Change of Mind
If you’ve had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. You will need to bear the cost of return postage.

Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo.

Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival
If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Skin Reaction
In the rare instance you’ve had a skin reaction to our product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. If symptoms persist, speak to your healthcare professional.
For us to honor a return due to a skin reaction to the product, less than 20% of the product must have been used.

Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you!

3. Pack & Send

Pack your item carefully, so it reaches us safely.

4. Then what happens?

Returns from metro areas usually arrive to us within 7 business days but can be longer from regional or remote areas. We will process your exchange, refund, or store credit within 5 business days of your return arriving back to us.
